Licensed Psychologist
The Staff Psychologist is an integral part of the Clinical Team and will practice independently in the provision of psychological services, engage in professional and work which relates to behavior, personality, interests, emotions, and mental disorders, consulting with peers and supervisors as appropriate. He/she will provide caring and compassion behavioral health care to residents within skilled and assisted living facilities, in addition to home and in-office settings. The individual in this role must be able to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to organize and prioritize tasks and information based on a rapidly changing and growing healthcare environment. Advanced Nurse Practitioner
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) for THS is a clinical role working directly within the clinical team and oversight provided by our Medical Director (MD). The NP will provide direct patient care to skilled nursing facilities and rehab patients. The NP will meet with patients for initial assessments, diagnosis, and continue to follow treatment plans as outlined. Our goal is to deliver personalized quality services to those in post-acute and long-term care. The NP will serve as the front line of care and assist the clinical team of psychologists, social workers and interns accordingly.
This position is open throughout the state of Florida.
Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Business Development Manager as a vital member of the Sales Department to develop and maintain positive, long-term value-based relationships in order to support and improve the financial performance of the company; and expand the current customer base. He/She must use prospecting strategies to identify prospects and initiate the first outreach with potential customers. In this role, he/she will initiate and maintain effective channels of communication with internal and external consumers in order to build our company’s brand, cultivate relationships, and strengthen customer loyalty.
Business Office Coordinator
Provides full range of support to clinicians, staff, and the Executive Team. Responsible for learning all functions of the Front Office Department and Back End financials when scheduling and determining eligibility. Responsible for dealing with a wide range of highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines and pressures. Working with internal and external contacts, contracts, staff, community providers, individual doctors and therapists, and the executive team. Must have an innate passion for learning while excelling at being mindful of details in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
Staff Therapist
State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, preferably with a specialization in adult development and aging.
